1- Eating meat:
Some diabetics believes that eating a lot of meat does not make any problems to their disease because is just proteins not carbohydrates.
This is of course WRONG, because there are transformations from type to another one happen inside your body, such as a half of meat that you eat, will be transform to storage carbohydrates in liver, at the end your blood sugar will be high as result of increasing proteins that you eat. Diabetics believe that eat a dry bread, such as bread crumbs, and eat a lot of it cannot be risk for diabetics, because it's less of carbohydrates and not danger.

3- Eating carrot, Peanut and Lupine:
Diabetes belief that eating these special food very healthy and no risk at all.... But the truth is opposite.
You have to know that carrot contain 9% carbohydrates from carrot weight, also contain vitamin A from carotin, some diabetics cannot transform carotin to vitamin A, so they will have skin problems turn into yellow skin color.
Lupine has more and more carbohydrates, also has proteins richer than meat, peanut is full with fats and oils of course fats will transform to carbohydrates.

4- Honey:
Most people with diabetes know that honey is good and not risky at all even if they eat a lot, but you should know that honey has 1/3 to 2/3 of glucose and fructose, your doctor or food specialist can give you licence to eat a small spoon if necessary.
