When rate of low blood sugar is down?
Sugar is low when percentage in blood is less than 50 mg / dl with emergence of some symptoms or absence

What are signs of decline (decrease) sugar levels in blood?
There are initial signs such as:
shiver
Body sweating;
quick heartbeat;
Lack of focus;

Extreme hunger;
Neurological and behavioral strange unfamiliar.
These signs should be taken very seriously and not to be neglected because  continuing decline in  percentage of sugar in blood can lead to more serious symptoms such as:
Nervous twitches;
Loss of consciousness.

If there was any doubt that emergence of one of these symptoms is a result of lack of sugar in your blood you must make sure check your blood sugar during the onset of symptoms, do not hesitate to take a little sugar dissolved in water or any food or unsweetened juice if you don't have a diabetes testing kit.

What are causes of low blood sugar?
Increase physical activity
Increasing insulin dose
Failure to take enough healthy food after treatment of diabetes.

What to do if diabetic patient have a drop in blood sugar?
Prompt treatment in this case, if patient is able to swallow:

A half cup of fruit juice
Third of a cup of unsweetened juice, if these symptoms disappear for 15 minutes, patient have re-drinking the same amount until the end of symptoms.
However, if patient is unconscious should not try to give him any drink by mouth, so to avoid choking and immediately transported to the hospital.
