Fruit:
About 20% of sugar in bananas, grapes, figs. 15% in watermelon, cherries, plums, pears, kiwi, pomegranate. 10% in apples, peaches, pineapple, sweet orange.

Yellow leafy vegetables:
10% of sugar in carrots, onions and beets ground. 20% in cooked pulses, beans, potatoes and corn.

Nuts:
Walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, where proportion of 15% sugar.
