When your child have diabetes!

 Infected children with diabetes stop to eat candy and sugars like any other kids ... So how parents can take care of them to lead a normal life like other children?

Diabetes type 1:
 Type I diabetes in children is  inability of pancreas to produce insulin 1 was known as insulin-dependent diabetes.

 Type I diabetes symptoms in children usually develop quickly, it's take over a period of weeks, signs are:
1. Kid is thirsty and frequent urination. In excess sugar builds up in blood stream for your child, pulls up fluid from tissues. This child feel thirsty and pee more than usual.
2. Hunger where there is not enough insulin to move sugar into your child's cells, your his muscles, and organs of body that cause intense hunger.

3. Weight loss. Despite eating more than usual to relieve hunger, you may lose weight quickly sometimes for lack of sugar, energy.
4. Fatigue as a result of less and normal sugar to your child's cells.
5. Irritability, children can be seems moody and irritable.
6. Blurred vision, high blood sugar, pulls up fluid from eye lenses for your child. This may affect your child's ability to focus clearly.

Diabetes complications develop gradually over long term:
 In the end if you do not stabilize blood sugar levels, may be your child have diabetes complication life-threatening.
1 - heart and blood diseases, including coronary artery disease with angina, heart attack, stroke, and narrow arteries and hardening of arteries.
2 - nerve damage and neuropathy.
3 - Kidney Failure.
4 - nerve damage in  feet or poor blood flow to feet increases risk of various foot complications.
5 - bacterial skin infections, fungal infections and itching.
6 - osteoporosis.
7 - problems of brain: risk of developing dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

A cure for diabetes type I:
  Is a lifetime commitment to monitor blood sugar, insulin, and eat healthy
- Your child will need a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
- Foods that are high nutritional value and low in fat and calories.
- Also exercise regularly.

As your child grows, kid treatment plan for diabetic should take seriously:
 Over the years, your child may need:
- Different doses or insulin types,
- Monitor blood sugar
- Continual monitoring of glucose (CGM).
CGM Is the latest way to control blood sugar levels by using a thin needle under the skin directly checks blood sugar level every few minutes.

Depending on the child's age and his needs, your doctor may prescribe a mixture of insulin types to use throughout the whole day, in many cases, insulin is injected using a fine needle and insulin syringe.

Prevention:
  There's nothing you can do to prevent diabetes, but you can help your child to prevent complications from Type I diabetes by keeping blood sugar control as good  as possible.
